• Hill start assist

Hill start assist is a feature that helps prevent a vehicle from rolling backward when starting on an incline. When you take your foot off the brake to accelerate, the system temporarily holds the brakes, giving you time to press the accelerator without rolling backward. This feature is particularly useful for manual transmissions but is also included in many automatic vehicles for added safety and convenience.

 

For the 2025 Nissan Kicks, hill start assist is included as a driver assistance feature.
